Our writers and editors get permanent auto-notifications about approaching deadlines (12/6/2 hours before deadline) to which they must respond affirmatively. If we don't get response from the writer within some time, we assign backup writers to your project. In case, your primary writer fails to deliver your work on time, backup writer delivers it.
Normally, if something goes wrong, we try to contact our customers using any means available. Also, it's a good idea to set your deadline at least 6-12 hours ahead of your actual deadline. This prevents failure almost entirely.
99.9% of the time, we deliver papers on time. At times, something outstanding happens –like the writer gets sick– and we have to react rapidly.
If we fail to deliver your paper before your deadline and you can't wait any longer, we will refund you the money or save it for your next orders.
The papers that you sent me Monday were GREAT!!! I reviewed them right before I turned them in and they were very very good. Tell the writer he did good!! Thanks.
